As Investments Analyst, Marlayne supports Intrepid’s Central Texas acquisition and development efforts through financial analysis, market research, and underwriting. She evaluates new investment opportunities and drives projects through early-stage development.
Marlayne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Real Estate from The University of Texas at Austin. She is an active member of the Emerging Leaders’ Council of the Texas Real Estate Center.
